Iceland

Since Iceland Air announced non-stop flights from Seattle to Reykjavik last summer, I've been fascinated with visiting and dying to go.  It's just a 7-hour flight, but looks like I'll have to hold off on visiting for a while.  The 'Island of Fire and Ice' is living up to its name this week and causing airlines to cancel flights across much of Europe. My sister-in-law is currently 'stuck' in London due to a cancelled flight.  There are a ton of places I'd be able to cross off my 1,000 places list if I was 'stuck' in London.  What luck!
